These terms govern your use of Flint, a keyboard app operated by Big Ape. By using Flint, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use Flint

You must be old enough to use dating services in your region to use Flint. By using the app you confirm that you meet that requirement.

What Flint does

Flint suggests possible replies for conversations on dating apps. Suggestions are generated by an AI model and are provided as ideas only. You are responsible for what you choose to send. Suggestions may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable, and you should review anything before sending it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flint to:

• Harass, threaten, deceive, or harm another person.
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent who you are in a way that causes harm.
• Create or send content that is illegal, abusive, or sexually exploitative of minors.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the app or our servers.

Subscriptions and billing

Flint offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

AI generated content

Suggestions are produced automatically and are not reviewed by us before you see them. We do not guarantee that suggestions will be correct, respectful, or fit for any particular conversation. You are solely responsible for messages you send using Flint.

Privacy

Your use of Flint is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data Flint accesses and how it is handled.

Disclaimer of warranties

Flint is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that suggestions will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Ape will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flint, including any outcome of messages you choose to send.

Changes to the app and these terms

We may update Flint and these terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using Flint at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access to the app or its server features if you violate these terms.
